Products Care Instructions

EXCEPTIONAL GEMSTONES, EXCLUSIVE DESIGNS AND EXPERT CRAFTSMANSHIPS

With proper and consistent care, your jewellery will retain its beauty and character for generations.

When not in use, store your jewellery in a box such as the original packaging to avoid damage to the item. When storing your jewellery for long periods of time between wears, store each piece individually in small zip-lock bags sealed tightly, removing as much ‘still’ air as possible. This will help lessen any natural tarnishing, which can occur from sulphurs found in the air/environment (also known as oxidation).

We recommend that you do not wear your jewellery whilst swimming or bathing, washing up, cleaning or using chemicals, performing sports or heavy-duty activities. Avoid contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, moisturiser or cream, hairspray and chlorine. Keep all plated jewellery pieces dry at all times.

For plated jewellery please note that due to the delicate nature of gold plating, and the frequency of wear, pieces will need re-plating every so often to maintain their original appearance. Plating rubbing off or tarnishing is a natural part of wear and tear, and is not considered a manufacturing fault. Different skin acidity levels and how the product is worn and stored will influence the life of plating in our products.

Sterling silver is a soft and bendable metal. With the frequency of wear, pieces may change the shape easily. Wear with care will maintain their original appearance. Bendable metal and tarnishing on silver is a natural part of wear and tear, and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Pearl Products care instruction
Please store your pearls away from hard gemstones and metals, and avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hair products, and cosmetics. Avoid exposing them, for long periods of time, to harsh light or heat.
