  1. By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
  2. The Program is only valid within participating AJ by Angela Jewellery online store or stores within Australia.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  1. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first fill out a customer information form and collect a Loyalty Card from our store. Please note，AJ by Angela Jewellery only collects the data that is necessary to provides its service and stores it safely in our own system.
  2. Upon purchase of any Fashion Jewellery item, if you present your name, every dollar you spend will be converted to loyalty points. One dollar spend = 5 loyalty points.
  3. Only valid AJ by Angela Jewellery loyalty points will be accepted.
  4. Every member will be issued a gift voucher in their birthday month which can be used in both online and offline store.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  1. In order to redeem loyalty points, you must present a valid customer profile that is registered for our Loyalty program.
  2. Loyalty points can be converted to store credit, 100 loyalty points = one dollar store credit, on the Card Holder’s current or next visit, in AJ by Angela Jewellery store.

 

 For example: If you spend $500 on your first purchase, according to our loyalty Point to store credit calculation method, you will receive a $25 store credit. This credit can only be used for your subsequent purchases and will not be able to cash out. When you use your credit for your next purchase, for example, if your next purchase is $300, after using your $25 credit, you will only need to pay $275. This $275 purchase will also be credited as 1375 loyalty points ($13.75 store credit) to your account.

 

  1. There are no expiry dates for issued loyalty points, yet this does not apply on gift vouchers.

Additional Information

  1. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
  2. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
  3. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will send an updated version to your registered email and publish on our website at https://angelajewelleryaustralia.com.au/ . Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  5. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.
